The Myrtle Beach area is growing to the tune of more than $55 million with new construction projects scheduled to be complete in 2015. The tallest building in Myrtle Beach is set to open its doors May of next year.
The Hilton Grand Vacations Club is positioned between Schooner II Beach and Racquet Club and Boardwalk Hotel on North Ocean Boulevard. The new construction project will be 24 stories tall and will host 220 units. The project is budgeted at an estimated $41.5 million.
Less than three miles away a 100,000-square-foot indoor sports complex is being built just behind the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. The newly constructed Myrtle Beach Sports Center will cost roughly $13.8 million and is scheduled to open February 2015. The Myrtle Beach Area Chamber has designed a layout of what the sports center will look like. http://goo.gl/7fDX2Y
